The Risk-Based Approach to Combating Modern Slavery

Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 contains language that permits UK companies who are subject to the UK Modern Slavery Act, to some degree, to apply a risk-based approach to their anti-modern slavery programmes.
