The Scriptures Unfolded

This book was written because of my undying love for the scriptures and how I enjoy sharing my knowledge of them with others. During the writing process, I felt somewhat like Philip in Acts 8:30-31, when he asked the Ethiopian eunuch, "Understandest thou what thou readest? . . . " The eunuch responded, "How can I, except some man should guide me?" My desire, like Philip's, is to share my understanding of the scriptures with people everywhere. This experience, however, has also been a teaching adventure and a reminder of my duty towards God. My love of the scriptures sprang from participating in seminary and institute of religious studies in my teen years and my two year mission to Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya, serving as a missionary teaching the word of God.
