The Seasons of Life

The Book of Ecclesiastes says that there is a time and a season for everything and a purpose under heaven. You will find that these poems cover spring, summer, autumn, and winter. I feel as though we go through seasons in our lives: spring, when things are just starting to bloom; summer, when everything is right in our lives and the sun seems to be shining; autumn, when our lives start to fall apart like the leaves; and winter, when it is dark and everything seems wrong and with no hope.
