Money is missing from a private bank in Mayfair, London. Dexter just back from an assignment in Morrocco - accepts the case. He quickly suspects an inside job with links to banks in Amsterdam, Moscow, and Cairo. The funds do the usual rounds transferred into another account then laundered through diamonds which are collateral to fund a civil war in Africa. Dexter is paired up with Uba a Somali of diplomatic stock. Hes in it for the glamour - she wants to stop the exploitation in her motherland. A banker found under Westminster Bridge in suspicious circumstances and involvement from M15/M16 means they must watch their backs
