A collection of poems written by Grettel Batista to mark the end of a year full of heartbreak, self-reflection, and healing. This book is divided into three parts; the heart, the self, the healing. Each part takes you on a journey of self-discovery, and by the end of the book, the feelings of the author are made clear. The bitterness from her tone at the beginning of the book dissolves into a form of acceptance of all things past to show that there is a certain beauty in heartbreak.
