The Tempted

We, as humans, are The Tempted. When we allow distance to exist between us and our loving Creator, we position ourselves to give in to what tempts us. The power that falsely binds us to sin is unmasked as we confront the lies that have separated us from the love of our heavenly Father. That which tempts us loses its power as we stand strong in the grip of His love. This book is about us, the tempted, and our human response to separation from our Heavenly Father. It's about understanding what causes us to yield to sin when we should be standing strong.

Deborah Stricklin is an author, Bible teacher and credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. She finds some of her greatest joy in challenging, inspiring and equipping believers to pursue their greater purpose in the Kingdom of God. Deborah and her husband, Jeff, have been serving their home church, Cornerstone Nashville, and their community for over 22 years. They have been married 28 years and delight in pursuing Kingdom work alongside their three adult children.
