The Threat of Intentional Oil Spills to Desalination Plants in the Middle East

This project will examine the importance of desalination facilities to mid-east security, the potential environmental terrorist threat in the form of oil spills, and the vulnerability of these facilities and specific countries to oil spills. The project will conclude with alternatives for how we can best prepare to deal with the threat if encountered.
