This book is my passion project!
It has taken me over two and half years to complete, I put my heart and soul into it and I'm really proud of how it has turned out. It is a book about mental health, it is one of the most open and honest reads you will find today.
I have shared some of my most intimate and personal experiences with mental health to help bring to life what it really looks like to struggle with mental health issues and what realistically we can do to improve them.
I share my real thoughts, feelings and experiences and all of the lessons I have learnt along the way. I believe that almost everyone will be able to relate to something in this book and I truly hope that all who read it will find it to be really helpful.
My aim is to help grow awareness and expand understanding of mental health whilst helping to guide you on your journey to a positive and healthy mental wellbeing. Learn from my experiences and make your journey easier, become a better version of you, happier and healthier.
In this book, I cover a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. Not just issues but solutions too, stress management, mindfulness, self-awareness, self-care and lots of helpful advice and tips throughout. I use examples from my real life to illustrate why mental health is important to all of us and how can impact anyone, anytime, anywhere. This is not a standard self-help book, this is motivation, support and encouragement. A positive, interesting and enjoyable read.
