The Ugly Bug Club

The Ugly Bug Club is a picture book that focuses on a group of bugs who live at the bottom of a garden. All of the bugs have things about themselves that they don't like; not tall enough, not smart enough, not fast enough... However, the things that one bug doesn't like about themself, another bug wishes they had. The book hopefully sends out the message that we are all unique and sometimes it's the things that we don't like about ourselves that are our greatest gifts. In this way UGLY stands for 'Uniquely Gifted Loveable You!'
