The Vapor of Life

Ms. Andrews, a very successful actress receives a threat by mail. She loses her husband to a bitter divorce and subsequent suicide and loses her only brother to an unusual fatal disease. Her fast-paced career is grinding to a screeching halt. The actress then contracts a detective to investigate the threat on her life. The investigator's search leads him through the paths of intrigue, murder and an unbelievable revelation, that leaves the actress clutching to her last hope . The book itself is fast paced, yet punctuated by funny episodes. There is family drama along with breath-taking moments and interesting characters that depict the society we live in.
