The Way it Was

Contained within these pages are humourous and candid memories of the life of a Finnish American farmer. The author delights us with varied tales, from his parents' immigration through his experiences as a sportsman and woodsman on his beloved Mollockett Mountain. We are invited to share the sense of a small town farm community as experienced by a man who lived in South Woodstock, Maine from 1919 to 2003.
