The Ways of Valuable People is a result of Dr. Ufomadu's diary that spans from his childhood experience of a civil war that lasted for 3 years to present day experiences. This memoir establishes the fact that valuable people have the same attributes regardless of where they are born, their income bracket, the way they look, and other differences. It is about subordinate and leadership roles that are rooted in true love, peace, and improvement. These observations include experience as a 7th grader who lived in a dormitory, as a college student who lived in a dormitory, as a father, a husband, a Christian, a relative, a friend, an associate in private and government industries, a publisher, a poet, a business owner, an author, a soccer player, a consultant, a TV and radio guest, a newspaper columnist, a member of a board of education, and a graduate in Business Administration/Management and Educational Administration and Supervision.
