The Whispering Cobblestones

In the era of Medieval Scotland, a King inhabits their castle. He rules with an iron fist and the people suffer through his torture chamber and dungeons. His first two wives will suffer tragic deaths that were foretold by the whispering cobblestones. His third wife will accompany him to Glencoe, where they are killed when the Campbell Clan exterminate the McDonald clan that were sleeping at the Inn during the Jacobite uprising. The people will select a new King who will win the heart of a woman named Charlotte. During their reign in the castle, the people were happy and they prospered. Praying for a miracle, the still, small voice will instruct a large man, or giant named Sidney, to begin his journey towards the kingdom of Meridian. He will meet three handicapped ladies on his journey and they will accompany him to the kingdom. Unfortunately, a mean, and evil woman will arrive and she turns the hearts of the people against those that are handicapped in various ways. It also applies to Sidney, leaving him to seek refuge on the mountain plateau for a long time. Join Sidney, as he meets the citizens of Meridian and discovers that many are often rejected due to imperfections or handicaps in life. Will love and a new friendship appear for Sidney and those who were shunned by society? In this romantic fantasy, the story will unfold and the ending is never anticipated. Tears will flow as the story unfolds and puts the reader in the storyline.
