The Wild Journey

This book is a biography of my life, taking you through my wild journey from the moment I was born right through to the now. It's an extremely raw and honest account, and more importantly, it helps others look at their own lives and realise the importance of self-worth and self-love. Realise that they can and should take themselves out of toxic situations or places and away from people that have negative inputs or negative outlooks on their life.

My life has followed a unique path. It's involved coming from a government background at a very early age, cutting ties with toxic people, situations, workplaces and marriages, and ultimately moving forward to find my worth, and reach my potential. Now an owner, operator, and entrepreneur of two successful businesses, I'm completely rid of complex PTSD, DID, depression, anxiety, and medication.

I now self-manage what I do in life. I have created a new circle of friendships, work, and lifestyle, helping to protect and enhance my mind, body, and spirit to be the best version of myself.

This is that journey. A journey that will get you into a mindset that you'll never look back from, and which will help you to move forward and create a new and successful life, both mentally, physically, and spiritually for yourself.
