The Wilkes Insurrection

At the centre of The Wilkes Insurrection stands Major Tamika Smith, an intelligent and dedicated Black combat search and rescue leader in the Air-Force, who is in charge of the aftermath of Ford Wilkes' first terrorist attack on Flight 209. Yet the hijacking is not the last of Wilkes' terror, but merely the beginning of a series of attacks throughout the United States, where Smith finds herself an eventual target. Smith, alongside John Quincy Humboldt,-a co-founder of Cybernoptics, a virtual reality company-and a slew of other relatable characters embark on a journey of navigating and living in a country riddled with division, bolstered by Wilkes' acts of destruction and chaos. Together they combat the growing dissension by not only finding and stopping Wilkes, but more so in sowing the seeds of peace, unity, and service in a country hopelessly divided.
