The Wings of Morning

In a series of episodes, Atwill writes about three men making a life together in Santa Fe just after WWII. It is a time of hope and change, artists and writers challenging themselves with difficult projects, discovering ways to tell of their experiences in a modern manner. Two of them, just home from the war in Europe, have rebelled against the stodgy, rule-filled Philadelphia world of their parents to make a new place for living and a quiet time to make love and be creative. The circle of friends grows as they make the town their own. Several characters from their past keep following them west, including a former commanding officer from the OSS with intriguing proposals.
