Starting with simple self-observation, The Witness provides tools that enable us to become more emotionally resilient, creative, and effective in every aspect of our lives. In addition to our own self-development, many of the techniques introduced in this book can be used as 'workshops-on-the-fly'. By informally introducing them to friends we contribute not only to their personal well-being, but to the cultural evolution we need at this time.
