The WNBA will assist in promotion of Rodger's book
Rodgers's story is incredibly inspiring and in addition to sharing her story in the hopes of inspiring other underprivileged children, she is an ambassador for Up2US Sports-a national organization whose "mission is to engage, train, and support sports coaches to transform youth, programs, and communities."
Recruited by the Georgetown Hoyas, Rodgers became the college's leading all-time scorer on both the men's and women's teams.
Rodgers will be very involved in the promotion and Akashic will also engage wherever possible in promotion with WNBA, Up2US Sports, and other organizations Rodgers is connected to.
The book will come out just in advance of the 2021 WNBA season.
