David Russell and his sons visiting Nairobi Kenya were confronted by hyper-kinetic, aggressive, violent people in the slums of Kibera. Their subsequent travels took them to Egypt where they sensed the same non-human behavior in the middle of abject poverty in Cairo. The Russell's and their business partners the Al Nassar's determined a homo sapien subspecies had evolved. With help from his science and business connections they traced the origins of Those People to environmental degradation causing DNA mutations. The two families made it their personal quest to change the influence of Those People on humankind.
