Three Promises

This book aims to help people mentally recover from destructions. Specifically, misfortunes like psychosis, nervous breakdowns, traumatic stress, and other experiences which might fall under an umbrella term of ego-death. But recovery suggests a return to a past state! My hope is that after we have emerged from a catastrophe, a more genuine life begins: the life that was intended for us, and that's not a religious position. It has more to do with logic than faith.
