Tied Within

It's when you're a teenager that you get to decide who you're going to be. For Theresa, it means renaming herself Bronwyn and reconstructing every detail about her appearance. Dominic decides it means shaving his hair into a mohawk and emulating his punk rock idols. Their best friend Ivy still can't figure out who she is, but she knows she'd give anything to be more than the little girl who survived the brutal murder of her parents at the hands of a deranged serial killer. All three friends are running from the hand they've been dealt, but in a single night, they'll be forced to reckon with reality at a terrible cost.

Set in northern Colorado in the early 90s, Tied Within is a story about what it means to feel like a weirdo while searching for an identity in a world that has already decided who you are.
