Early titans like Flock and Petty tangle in the divine realm with more-recently departed icons like Earnhardt and Allison, retired giants like Stewart and Edwards, and open-wheel crossover titans like Foyt and Andretti, to reign in the heavens' annual contest before their tetrarch Big Bill France.The prevailing titan will enjoy a year's divine rule over the sport's earthly fate, influencing not only races and championships, and jobs and careers, but also families and their fortunes.
