Tools of Encouragement

Humans have created many tools in order to make life better and more organized, such as languages, nation states and a lot of different objects. But who ever asked about their opinion? Eventually, everything that the creators have created everything that they have imposed their own agenda on, has come to create a language of their own. Erlend Peder Kvam (1994) is a Norwegian artist and illustrator based in Leipzig, Germany. He was formerly associated with the performative design collective Narves1biblioteket, and in 2020 he co-founded the zine label Foot Books.
