Towards Revealing the Origin of Life

Theorigin oflife has been investigated bymany researchers fromvarious research fields, such as Geology, Geochemistry, Physics, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Astronomy and so on. Nevertheless, theorigin oflife remains unsolved. One ofthereasons forthis could be attributed tothedifferent approaches that researchers have used tounderstand theevents that happened ontheprimitive Earth. Theorigins ofthemain three members ofthefundamental life system, as gene, genetic code and protein, could be only separately understood withthese approaches. Therefore, it is necessary tounderstand theorigins ofgene, thegenetic code, tRNA, metabolism, cell structure and protein not separately butcomprehensively under a common concept in order tounderstand theorigin oflife, because the six members are intimately related toeach other. In this monograph, theauthor offers a comprehensive hypothesis toexplain theorigin oflife under a common concept. At thesame time, theauthor offers the[GADV] hypothesis contrasting it withother current hypotheses and discusses the results of analyses of genes/proteins and theexperimental data available in theexploration ofthecurrent knowledge in thefield.
