A Comparison of German and English Law with Special Consideration of Corporate Group Matters«: Due to the expansion of its jurisdiction and due to modern economic structures, corporate criminal law is facing the ever increasing challenge of dealing with transnational matters. But how far exactly do the various instruments extend with regard to multifaceted foreign connections? This question in particular is investigated in the context of bribery cases by means of a German-English legal comparison. Special attention is paid to confiscation and asset recovery as well as to corporate group matters.
