Many of us find it difficult to overcome obstacles in our lives and achieve true happiness within ourselves. We constantly search and search for greener grass to only find ourselves falling short of true "happiness". Part of the problem is that we create unreasonable expectations, making the search for eternal bliss in our life experiences and love relationships an impossible task. If we are always searching for the hidden garden of euphoria, we will never be happy.
