Treasure Dream

The story is based on Treasure, a young girl with dark skin complexion and short kinky hair . Growing  up she admires her mom who is a doctor, idolizes Oprah Winfrey, and dreams of being a successful entrepreneur. But first, she is made to hate herself and despise how she looks until her mother helps her redeem herself and an almost shattered dream. Read and learn along with her as she learns that it is ok to be different as all humans are unique and special. There will always be people that discourage and stop you from reaching your goals . However you should never give up on your dreams based on what people say about you. This story encourages young children, that they can achieve success in life without adapting to a new culture or changing their skin complexion.
