While wondering when and if their powers will return, Clare, Emmy, and Giselle throw themselves into preparations for Bestie Day. On this day, everyone in their town of Trillsville celebrates people who are special to them. The triplets are not noly sisters, but best friends. So they decide to make perfume for each other from wildflowers.

The girls know not to waste growing things, so they go off into the forest to collect fallen petals. But when they arrive, the girls see that many beautiful flowers have been chopped down and taken. And worse, the bees that require pollen from the flowers, are in danger! WHOMP! The girls are in trouble, and that triggers their power up. The Trillium Triplets and their mini'mals swing into action to save Trillsville's bee colony! And to take down whoever endangered their mountain.
