Scientific Essay from the year 2011 in the subject Philosophy - Philosophy of the 19th Century, grade: PhD student 4th year, Saint-Petersburg State University, course: Philosophy of Science, language: Russian, abstract: The research has been undertaken to clear up a connection between one's Weltanschauung, and epistemological methods and creative activity outcomes. It is agued that a particular author world view is always a part of a bigger cultural platform and as a consequence all the results of creators belonged to the same culture are to some degree preconditioned. The conditions in question are represented by a peculiar for a given culture conceptual framework which shapes very questions asked as well as the way they are answered. The aforementioned issue has been investigated on the Tsiolkovsky space ship example. The Viennese Wittgenstein architectural project has been taken as an antithesis. The result of investigation shows how world views of Tsiolkovsky and Wittgenstein shape their respective epistemological and creative methods and their creative activity outcomes.
