Uses of agro-industerial by-products for rumenants feeding

Feeding animals especially in urban areas depends totally upon agro-industrial by-products such as sugarcane bagasse, wheat straw and sorghum straw. These by-products are low in nutritive value and digestibility, this book discus the effect of urea treatment on the chemical composition and rumen degradability of sugarcane bagasse and its possibility to use for fattening ruminants.
