Uyuni Prhispanique'

A study of the archaeology of the Intersalar area of southwest Bolivia and of the widespread settlement linked to the exploitation of salt and other local resources. Traces the changing multi-ethnic population from the early Formative Horizon through to the periods of Inca expansion and eventual Spanish colonisation, twelfth to sixteenth centuries. The report, in French, details extensive physical remains and material culture.
