"I was climbing back to the street when I saw the women from my past and present standing at the top of the hill. At first, I was happy to see them all there, that meant that they still cared about me, right? As I continued back up the ditch," he starts again with the heavy coughing, "I started to think about how I got down here. Are they here to make sure I am, ok? Or are they here to make sure I died?
