»Defence in Cross-Border Investigations of the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO)«: The establishment of the EPPO and its cross-border investigative competence creates a special challenge for the defence of the accused. This research identifies concrete legal and practical options for the further development of the defendant's rights in cross-border investigations of the EPPO and demonstrates how the defendant's position can be enhanced against the background of the specific functioning of the EPPO.
