Victor and Hugo

Victor and Hugo are dogs who don't always get along and Hugo faces many challenges in his daily life which, (if he were human) may be indicative of autism. The word autism is never mentioned in the book, however the thoughts and feelings that Hugo demonstrate strongly suggest that this could be the case. Hugo shares and narrates his thoughts and feelings in a sensitive and yet amusing manner.
