»Venture Financing Through Security Token Offerings (STOs)«: Security Token Offerings (STOs) were seen as a financing alternative, especially for start-ups in the crypto sector. Meanwhile, traditional Venture Capital investors seem to have defended their supremacy in start-up financing. However, with increasing tendency, connecting lines between the financing types are emerging. The author explores these interrelations between STOs and Venture Capital with a particular focus on the resulting design challenges.
