War on the EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is one of the most critical federal agencies. It's also the most criticized-bar none. Those glory days of battling burning rivers and smog-chocked air are behind us, along with appreciation of the agency that made it all possible. Over the past couple of decades, an overall war on science and environmental protections has been steadily gaining ground. The Trump administration is the latest (and most serious) threat.
