Maeve, famous for her sugar cookies, and her husband Tom, a retired Marine, prepare for their large family to descend on them for Christmas in the small West Virginia community of Zion. Their large two-story Southern ranch house and iconic red barn on fifty-five acres were more than accommodating, a testament to the state being known as "Almost Heaven."
