Weeks in May

Jo Ann Davis and Robert Hart are lonely, middle-aged people, putting up with the cards life has dealt them. At 51, she's tired of the shortage of black men suitable for an upwardly mobile professional, black woman. A 63-year-old white man, he's been widowed and alone for eight years, but he's far from done with love or career.

A chance meeting between Jo Ann and Robert one day in May brings them together for a year-long, head-spinning adventure.
