What's Up with Poppo?

What's up with Poppo is a heart-warming story that shows a powerful love between a girl and her grandfather. Together, Jenny and her Poppo share lots of time having fun. But when Poppo becomes sick, Jenny struggles to understand all the changes she sees in her grandfather. She asks her parents, What's up with Poppo?
