Where the Dead Go

It turns out, there is life after death.

And our afterlife is right here, all round us: on Earth's twin, in dark matter.

At the moment of death, we are born on Earth's ghost planet-in whichever body, at whatever age-as newborns and are treated as such.

And people age backwards there (from older to younger) and live a second life; and die a second time, as infants-if not by some unfortunate accident or disease first.

Dark Matter Earth has seen many years of brutal World Wars.

Folks have fled to underground cities within the vast hollows in that Earth. Hitler and his men actively search for the Underground's location.

A man's unusual birth raises alarm and fulfills some prophecy there; Adam is taken as for a prophet, and a hair-raising, side-splitting, daring adventure begins.

A cast of characters follow, including some of the Earth's best dead writers, singers, a scientist-even a Canadian prime minister.

Along the way, there are lively chats about the likely purpose for our continued existence; and on the one big secret for spiritual understanding (secreted away since the beginning of time).

And there are no animals there, so...
