He called 911. "I'm Senator Helley," he said in a whispery voice. 'The suspect of my daughter's attempted murder, is here in Cincinnati General hospital, fully armed, and dangerous. The court issued an arrest warrant for him, he's been on the run. I'm a legal gun carrier, I'll shoot him, if he tries to run."
"No sir, don't say or do anything to him, wait until the dispatch arrives at the scene." The 911 attendant advised.
"Ok, but I can't wait to be shot at first, I'll defend myself. He is a traitor, and I'm a patriot."
Udo was sleeping when he heard police sirens. Scared, he jerked up and ran towards the entrance door of the emergency room. Senator Helley fatally shot him, on the shoulder, and he fell.
The dispatch finally arrived. Officer Jason flew from the Ford Explorer trooper truck, 'drop the gun, drop the gun,' he yelled authoritatively at unarmed Udo lying on the ground. He handcuffed, and left him wriggling there. Three other officers watched, guns drawn, and ready to shoot. They didn't help Udo as blood dripped from the gun shot hole on his shoulder. Officer Jason chained his legs, knelt and kept pressing, and crunching Udo's neck. He cried in pain, blood dripping from his ears, nose and the bullet hole on his shoulders, "please don't let me die," he implored. "I didn't do anything to Whitney, I love her. I'm totally innocent."
'Suspect subdued, shot discharged, arrest effected,' Officer Jason reported.
A new dispatch arrived with Officer Sargent Kwame. He saw Udo handcuffed, chains on his legs, officer Jason's knee on his neck, as he clamored for breathe. "Officer,' officer Kwame remarked, 'he is subdued. The force is extremely excessive. You'll kill him," he said. Officer Jason ignored his appeal, his full weight on Udo's neck.
"I can't breathe," Udo cried in the midst of officer Kwame's appeal, "Daddy," Udo called his late father, voice very faint, "I can't breathe, please don't let me die," he pleaded, blood dripping from his ears, mouth, and nose.
"Fuck your breath," an officer hate scummed, "if you can talk you can breathe. You should have left the little girl alone when you were told to, you wanted to proof that you're above the law, now what you gonna do?" Officer Kwame went closer to Officer Jason bent towards him, his left palm on his shoulder, "please reduce the force, he is bleeding, he's going to die," he said, ready to push Officer Jason away from Udo's neck.
Officer Whyte yelled, ``Traitor! Treason!" He pulled his trigger, and emptied the magazine on Officer Sergeant Kwame, who slumped. Officer Jason, looked at the crowd, his knee anchored on Udo's neck, his face, expressionless, his eyes, dimmed, as he waggled his neck. By-standers livestreaming the event on social media, insulted and implored him to get off the boy's neck, as he begged for his breath, calling his father, expressing his innocence.
Whitney's mother, Ms. Helley, in the ICU room, heard the gun shots. The sound was like whist...
