Who is God?

Who is God? Every religion and worldview answers this question in some way. According to Christianity, God is the creator of all things. He is the artist, and everyone knows that artists are more complex than the art they create.



The Bible introduces us to a God who can't be reduced to something simple. He is a God of radical forgiveness and boundless compassion, but he's also a God of cosmic authority and righteous anger. When some of God's characteristics are highlighted and others are muted, a reduction is formed - a simplistic, man-made version.
