Who Would Have Thought is a murder mystery filled with a little romance. A story of a native Alaskan alleged suicide case that was closed three years ago. The victim's brother has requested this case be reopened by the Soco & Soco law firm because of new evidence he uncovered involving an affair. This firm is run by four brothers headquartered in Fairbanks, Alaska with offices in the District of Columbia and Atlanta Georgia. The District of Columbia police department has been accused of not completing an extensive investigation. The Soco brothers knew their best investigator Alphonso, should handle this case.
Alphonso is known for solving almost any case brought before him. Respected across the state of Alaska and the DC area. Several law firms in Alaska have sought to pull him away from Soco & Soco, but this firm is like a family to him. He is happy working with and for them. Alphonso is single, thirty-four years of age and has focused on work so much his personal life has suffered. The Soco brothers are constantly teasing him about becoming an old man, and therefore he needs to find himself a wife. He has hopes of finding that special lady working on this case.
Soco's condition for reopening this case is the victim's brother must get authorization from the family to have the body exhumed and autopsied. He realizes reopening this case will not only bring grief to him but the victim's immediate family, especially his wife Violet. She and her children will have to embrace for another investigation.
