Why Is Santa Crying?

Santa gets a LOT of letters, but not like these. A reluctant, trapped gang member and a young girl kidnapped by child traffickers both write to Santa for help, and the magic of his world is shattered. How can he continue being who he is now that he knows of the evil in this world? How can Santa answer these two separate but somehow connected requests? What gift could he possibly give them that would matter? Is this the end of Santa Claus?
