It's 1929 at the height of Prohibition in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The stock market crashes, leaving the Chiavos in the poor house. Uncle Finn's Sight tipped him off but he kept it all to himself. 

Finn's got money, powers, and connections with Boston to cement his victory. However, the Italian-run Speakeasy draws new players from the deck to oppose him. Magic, monsters, and mobsters will clash in this small town but the outcome is unclear.
