Without a Plea: Poems

Jeff Gundy observes, with a humble, winsome eye�and an ear for song. He says, "When / I pause, look up, around, something begins / to swirl and echo." What a joy it is to follow the trails he traces across the page�and out into the world. Finishing this book, my impulse (as with all favorite books of poems) is to return to the beginning and start it all over again!
