Women in Cybersecurity

Women in Cybersecurity provides a basic overview of the employment status of women in the cybersecurity field. While women comprise over 50% of the workforce in the U.S, less than 25% of cyber staff are women. This book offers a close look at the current status of women in the cybersecurity arena, highlights reasons for the paucity of women, and--relying both on research and personal experience--gives suggestions that will encourage women to join this technical field.
