"And the sheep recognize the voice of the true Shepherd, ... for they are familiar with his voice." John 10: 3-4 (TPT) "The Lord is good to those who wait (confidently) for Him, to those who seek Him (on the authority of God's Word). Lamentations 3:25 (AMP) "And (that you may come) to know (practically, through personal experience) the love of Christ which far surpasses (mere) knowledge (without experience), that you may be filled up (throughout your being) to all the fullness of God (so that you may have the richest experience of God's presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God himself)." Ephesians 3:19 (AMP) The previous bible verses came alive and became personal for Julie Wiese as she began to hear and recognize the voice of the true Shepherd in her fifties. In this book, she describes her experiences of hearing from the Wonderful Counselor in a myriad of life situations. Often He would speak a Bible "address" (or reference); just the book, chapter and verse. She would then look it up and receive direct counsel from Holy Spirit through the living Word of God. She hopes that the reader will experience an intimate relationship with God and that He will be glorified, for there is "glory in the story". Julie Wiese is a wife of thirty-seven years, living a quiet life in Sibley, Iowa with her husband, Robert. She treasures time spent with her five grown children and their families. After being a Christian her entire life, she began hearing from God in supernatural ways just nine years ago. She wrote many of the communications down in journals, and under the insistence of Holy Spirit has compiled several for you to ponder.
