Are Mormons Christians? When some outsiders insist that Mormons are not Christians, it is deeply disturbing to Latter-day Saints. Yet when Latter-day Saints insist that they are Christians, some of those same outsiders resent it bitterly. Why? Latter-day Saints happily acknowledge the light and goodness of all groups of people who search for truth, meaning, and lasting happiness. We especially feel a close kinship with all those who believe in Jesus Christ.
