Textile manufacturing companies try to achieve quality and productivity by installing the latest technology and paying large salaries to those in the top level of the organization, but do not address the basic requirements of clean administration, improving the quality of work, or developing harmony among staff. Management can often get carried away by short term plans as they can look lucrative and therefore fail to make any effort to make the base stronger.
